Welcome to Sparks Elite Athletics season 3!

 

• ALL PRACTICES ARE MANDATORY – We’re pushing to be our best, and that starts with showing up, working hard, and giving it 100%! Let’s get better together! Every athlete is utilized in each routine which makes it very difficult when even just 1 individual is missing. You will see attached the October calendar. Please be sure to look at the FRIDAY practice rotation as well. Minis, your special fun practices are added to this schedule. Any other teams with special practices will receive a calendar from their coaches that will be posted in the band app. Not on the app for your athletes team?? Reach out to us ASAP! We post a lot of content in those apps for parents and athletes.
 
• Bring Your Water! Hydration is key! Be sure to have your water bottle at every practice for your athlete so they're ready to go strong from start to finish. We are going through nearly 100 bottles of water a week, some with just a tiny sip taken out of them. We want to keep being able to provide water bottles, however it does get expensive to keep up with. So please come with a drink in hand.
 
• No More Food in the Gym – Let’s keep our gym clean and ready for action! Please respect the no-food rule so we can all enjoy a great space to practice in. Coaches will be reinforcing this rule as well. You may eat in the hallway if necessary, but sending your athlete fed prior to practice is recommended. Their bodies need the fuel to get through practices and hard work with running full outs here on out.
